LUCY BLOMKAMP is a forward-thinking, multi-talented music producer, APRA award-winning songwriter and composer from Melbourne, Australia. Lucy's current music portfolio extends across her dynamic solo project, Lucy Blomkamp, and the compelling electronic pop duo cookii with Rosebud Leach. She is also a driving force behind some of Australia's most exciting and innovative artists, producing and writing for the likes of Stevan, Ninajirachi, Becca Hatch, KIAN, Eliott, PRICIE, B.Wise and ARIA-winning artist Miiesha.
Her highly sought-after songwriting and producing skills have led Lucy to collaborate with international stars, including 6LACK, Banks, T-Pain, Khalid, TOKIMONSTA, Gia Woods, and Moss Kena. As one of Australia's most versatile producers and songwriters, Lucy has received critical acclaim for her contributions to 6LACK's Grammy-nominated album East Atlanta Love Letter, as well as winning an APRA Music Award in 2023 for her songwriting on Miiesha's 'Still Dream'. In 2023, Lucy was invited by Troye Sivan to participate and assist in the APRA Pride Songhubs, where she worked alongside other celebrated LBGTQ+ artists such as Vetta Borne and Tim Nelson (Cub Sport).
More recently, her musical talents have expanded to composing for a variety of short films, shows and commercials, such as the score for the feature film, 'The Wheel' and working on SBS's new drama series, 'Erotic Stories'. Her music has also been featured across a range of hit television shows, such as the Heartbreak High Netflix series and A24 films such as Talk To Me (2023).
